Although it is possible to transcribe the information from the scanned images
using a variety of programs, I ask all my syndicate members to use one of the
programs detailed below. These programs have been specifically designed for
this purpose, and subject to the details in these instructions being followed,
will ensure that the data produced will be in the correct format.
They have features that make the whole process easier and quicker.
They are available in two forms for the PC and one for the Mac.
