A special case applies regarding the four added digits that complete
the 1859 Birth transcriptions filenames.
Where the scan is taken from the "A-H", no
special action is required. Use the group of four numbers at the end of the
scan filename without adjustment.
Where the scan is taken from the "H-P" group, the first number of the group
of four should be increased by 2, thus "0111" would be come "2111"
and "1234" would become "3234".
Where the scan is taken from the "P-Z" group, the first number of the group
of four should be increased by 4, thus "0111" would be come "4111"
and "1234" would become "5234".
This is necessary because there is insufficient space within the file name to differentiate between the groups:
"A-H" , "H-P" and "P-Z" on the March scans
