A special case applies regarding the four added digits that complete
the 1845 Births transcription filenames.
Where the two letters in the centre of the scan read "A-G" , no special
action is required. Use the group of four numbers at the end of the scan filename
without adjustment.
Where the letters in the centre of the scan name read "H-P", the first number
of the group of four should be increased by 2 thus "0111" would be come "2111"
and "1234" would become "3234".
Where the letters in the centre of the scan name read "P-Z", the first
number of the group of four should be increased by 4 thus "0111" would be come
"4111" and "1234" would become "5234".
This is necessary because there is insufficient space within the file name to differentiate between the various groups of scans within the overall batch
